Reporting a calculator issue
- The calculator you used.
- The measurements and options you entered.
- The result you got and what you expected instead.
- The product name and coverage from the label, if it is relevant.
Please avoid sending passwords, account information or other private details. We do not need them to check a calculation.
A note about project advice
We can review how a tool works, but we cannot inspect your site or approve a structural design. Your supplier, installer or a qualified local professional is the right person for product suitability and site-specific work.
